quick and easy to get an appointment

Got in promptly for my appointment and met by the Shop Manager. Had a very friendly visit as normal. Took my vehicle in and did the service work in a very reasonable amount of time. Went over and visited with my Salesman and the Dealership owner like I always do. I had a very nice visit with them and got my vehicle back and headed home. Great experience as normal.

Overall a good experience. Purchased the car at one location and closed the deal at another location due to technical issues. Don, our salesman, was helpful and friendly. Justin, the finance manager, was very efficient once we got into the office. I feel like I can call the dealership if I have questions about our new vehicle and how to operate its features.

Brian was great to work with. I appreciate the professional way the whole team works to meet my automotive needs.

They went above and beyond! The issue was something I had not considered and it took a good bit to fix it. They showed me what was going on and asked me how I wanted to proceed. And then, they even gave me a loaner car so I was able to get home and work until they could finish the needed work. And even then,they didn't waste any time. They called me the next day and told me my car was finished. I was unable to get up there that night before closing due to work. No problem they said, and had everything ready for my arrival the next morning making it easy for me to still get to work on time. No hassle no arguments!

Don Hale was able to answer all our questions and was very helpful. Don had our truck detailed and filled with fuel before we left with the truck. All staff was very courteous and helpful. Don called a couple of days later to make sure we were happy.

Paperwork took longer

Brian was very helpful and attentive to our needs. Asked questions on what we were looking for and ordered it for us. Brian answered all our questions and if we needed anything else he would be glad to help We would recommend him to any of our friends or family

I told Brian what I was looking for. He showed me my options, and I was able to order the vehicle that fit my needs. He let me know when the truck was coming and we agreed upon a price. When my truck came in, he explained all the features, and he offered to deliver the truck to the place that was putting the bed on for me. Wonderful experience with no pressure. Because of the great service, I will buy my next truck or vehicle from him.

When we bought the truck we were supposed to get a detail and another key made a 10 mile trip plus followed by a rider twice because the detail man quit and someone could have called.then back a third time to get a key made!
